About Us

Many telemark skiers talk about what drove them to the sport. Many will say “the turn”. For us, it was more than that. It was the community! From year one the Lower Peninsula Pinheads have been a community driven group of telemark skiers focused on bringing folks together to enjoy the turn together! From meet-ups to film premieres and of course The Reunion, we encourage tele skiers from throughout the Midwest and beyond to gather together to share in laughs, memories and, of course, dropping knees!
